Somehow I hurt my finger, never noticed the event that hurt it, but the pain and swelling starting occurring. When I went to the doctor, she told me the body is smart and will swell the hurt area to protect you. Now we will apply some pressure to the area to release the pain and let the body know we are taking action. Sure enough the next day the finger was better and after two day back to normal.
This got me thinking how often do we get upset over little things, like a word or lack of words. In your mind we let it get bigger than it really is and soon enough we are hurt and lost in pain. All we need to do is apply a little pressure to release the thought and soon enough we will be better then new.
Don’t get blindsided by hidden thoughts, apply joy and love to release everything and soon enough you will feel great.
