Oh how I love sunrises at the beach.

​When I visit the beach I love getting up early to watch the sun rise each morning.  When I sit there I love the sounds of the waves rushing in to greet me.  I love watching that so little ray of sun light grow and rise.  It brings me so much joy and love.

I have not been to the beach this year, but an old friend Mary K, shared her journey with me.  She posted a few pictures and a video of the morning wonderful view of the sun rising.  As I watched that wonderful video I listened to that wonderful sound of the waves, I watched the sun rise and felt all so wonderful.  All those joys and love were made available and stored for me to view anytime I feel the need to enjoy.

So often we put off some of our most joyful moments.  We put roadblocks in our path with reasons of not being somewhere, the time of year, the weather, people, and the list goes on.  Let those blocks go and allow yourself to feel those joyful moments on demand and not just once a year.

Give it a wonderful try you will be amazed with how much joy and love you can feel anytime you desire.

When was the last time you thought about your idea day or life?

I recently read this question and it got me thinking.  My days and life seem to be on automatic pilot, work and projects have seems to take over.  Sure I plan projects and execute them very successfully, but when have I stopped to vision my idea day. 

As I was meditating the thought hit me, in many ways we all create our idea day in our minds without thinking about it.  Have you ever said it’s been a good or bad day at the end of a day?  How did you judge it to be good or bad, somehow you had an idea day in your mind you just didn’t think about it.

​That kind of got me mad, it is time to change my days.  I am not going to let life drive me into circles.  I am going to think more and create my days, then my life will take the direction I want.

Give it a try, just take a few minutes today and think about a couple actions you want to take and plan them.
