I love my morning meditations. I just breath and relax, as I just focus on the breathe I let go of all my thoughts. My mind becomes clear and I have no thoughts of anything. As I am still I receive my guidance for the day I feelings of joy and love. It just takes 15 minutes and feels oh so wonderful.
As I journey into the day things will happen, some are not so great. As they come up in thought or actions I just take in a breath of love and breathe out of everything else. Then I am ready to serve.
The other day I was in the store and saw this lady having a very hard time with her child. She kept yelling come on; let’s go, stop playing around. I just smiled and told the little boy you better move along. He laughed and gave me a smile. The lady turned around and came at me as if I hit her son. I said relax and take in a breath of air. That just set her off and she said how would you know anything.
I admitted I knew nothing of her situation, but I did know about relaxing. Then I told her listen I raised seven kids and most of those years were as a single parent. I know life get hard at times, but when you relax in those moments you will feel so much better.
She took that breath of air and I told her if you tie the balloon to your cart your son will stay close to you. She smiled and went off with her son.
