Well enough of those other thoughts, let’s get to the real point of the season. Happy Birthday Jesus. Did you know God had this all planned after the fall of Adam and Eve. Read the old testament and you will discover this plan was told about a few times. The date was not stated, but the town was, yes Bethlehem was foretold as the birth place of Jesus. I will include a few scriptures at the end.
Another interesting fact is how God arranged the stars and planets to align for that special day. You all know about the star the wise men followed.
Now think about the setting of a stable, our Savior was born in a stable. The creator of all the world and universe could have come in so many ways, but He didn’t He came into our world in a very simple ways. Why would the God of the universe come in this way? Because of His love for all of us.
So many people idol the rich and famous. Most people could tell you more about them then their Lord. Do you think your faith and following would be different if the Lord came into the world rich and famous? Well I have news for you, yes the good news. Jesus is rich and famous. He was rich with amazing love and He is famous, everyone knows his name.
Sorry I got side tracked. On this day Jesus came to our world to save us and set us free. He came to change our relationship with God. This is the main reason for the season to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior. He did not come to control us, but to love us unconditionally. He came to walk among us and share his love. His story started on this wonderful day, but it just gets better after his birth.
There is nothing stated abut His life growing up, but when He grew up He shared his amazing love with all the people. He healed them physically and spiritually. He changed our relationship with God. I am amazed that people in the past didn’t have the relationship we have now. We can now, go directly to God and receive guideness and His amazing love.
Remember it was this little baby born in a stable that saved us all. He shared His love with us, then he died for us, then raised from the dead and lives forever. I know you are thinking the time to celebrated His raising for the dead is on Easter. But you need to understand this amazing love. Jesus came to our world to bring us the truth, His love and a new relationship with God. He came to server and not be served. He came as the lamb of God, to save us, Why a lamb, because a lamb is pure and was used as a sacrifice for peoples sins. Now God the creator of everything came to offer Himself as a sacrifice for our sins.
Thank you Lord for coming here to save us and free us from the bonds of sin. I truly love you and will follow you all the days you give me here on earth.
Happy Birthday Jesus.
Merry Christmas to all.
Many blessing to you
