For me I dog ear pages for two reasons, one to mark were I am in reading a book, or for a page I want to return to later to read again. When I see an old book with dog ear pages I check out the pages and wonder why did the reader mark those pages? I will never know that answer but there are times I find the best part of the book on those pages.
The concept of marking pages are also used with kindle books, you can mark the pages you want to review later, just by tapping the top corner.
Here is the real question how are you book marking stories in your life? I mean the really great times you want to think about later. I could list millions of special times with each of my kids, but to be honest I have a few very special ones for each child, which they don’t even remember. Those are the times they would not know I was watching, but I was and will remember them forever. The time I saw one of them helping someone, or the time one of them gave money to someone, or the time they cheered for their friends, or the time they said don’t worry I got your back. Those are my treasures and book marks I think about when I need cheering myself.
Think about it and remember to watch for those times they are your treasures.
Much joy and love to you and yours.
