Dreams are like intentions set your mind on something wonderful before going to sleep and it will change your dreams. One time I was watching a movie before I slept, I do fall asleep fast, but that night the movie continued in my dreams. It was amazing I traveled to new places and did so much that night. I awoke up very early that morning and wrote everything down I could remember. The next night I read my dream notes before going to sleep, and sure enough the story continued. I continued repeating the process for two weeks and I had a notebook full of notes.
I really love dreams because there is nothing to hold you back. There are not rules you can fly if you want, you can sign, dance, or meet people from around the world. In our dream world the limits of life does not exist. Are you ready to really have a wonderful dream? Like I said part of it is very simple. You can watch something you desire, listen to music, or read a book. Do the activity for 30 minutes, then relax and go to sleep. It is really great to keep a pad of paper and pen near your bed, just to make notes if you wake up in the mid of the night.
