To be honest I am not surprised, Kaitlyn always works hard to provide quality service. She is very friendly to everyone she meets and is patience to listen and learn what they the customer needs. I believe with these qualities she will go far in any career she goes for.
I believe we can all learn a lesson from this event. We should all take a little more time to listen, a little more attention to detail, a little more effort to ensure we provide quality services to everyone.
