The very first action of freedom is to identify what we want to be free from. For example a group of people got together and said they were tired of the laws, taxes, and a few other things. They wrote a declaration of independence, it was their statement of what they wanted to be free of.
When I reviewed Freedom it gave me a few examples. You may desire to be free from confinement, under physical restraint, external control, interference, regulation, the power to determine action without restraint, political or national independence.
On a more personal level you may want to be free from debt, old relationships, stress, fear, or maybe free to explore life in new ways.
As for me my very first declaration for freedom was to be free from Ego. To be honest I never really thought I had a big ego, but someone told me I did. I spent over a year understanding it better and letting it go. I will share a method this month to teach you a quicker process. For now, just know the ego stopped me in so many ways, mostly with fear of being authentic.
Now go work on your declaration for freedom. Two things. First remember to focus your declaration on joy and love, as I always tell you. Second, do not share your declaration right away. I will tell you why later.
Much joy and love to you and yours
