During hard times or unknown times we tend to focus on the issue more than the hope or trying to find good in it. And you know what the truth is what you think about does expand, we just get more upset as we focus on the issue or situation.
Turn it around find something you can bring hope to the situation, share some joy and love. I watched this movie the other day where all these kids were stuck at school during a snow storm. At first it looked hopeless and they were all so different it was going to be very bad. As time went on they shared good and bad facts about their lives. They also found ways to have fun and support each other. The next morning as the storm was over and roads getting cleared, they went outside and played.
That group of kids became friends because each of them learned to shine their light in the midst of a situation. They also shared hard stories and gain support from the rest of the group.
Don’t hide under a rock get out there and share your joy and love. Listen to others and share your story, you will heal and enjoy life.
