For me part of it will require new actions but mostly new thoughts. I know from all my research over the years once you create new thoughts you can completely change your life. If the mind can conceive it you have create it. I noticed this weekend I had an old book on the journey to happiness, not sure why I never finished that book. I plan on reviewing it in more detail this week and completely the book. Once I complete it I will share with you, you will just need to sign up for my mail list.
Once I complete that journey book, I will dust off my stop, look and listen book and put it on the site. I really enjoyed writing that book. It’s kind of interesting in how I find those old thoughts, and they are the answer to my problems today. I think my problems today were just going back to the same old routine; I am not the type of person who likes doing the same things over and over.
On the great side, I did have a wonderful weekend of fun with family and friends. Now I just need to get back to having the fun on week days. I will get it back and if you need help I will share my tools with you.
