Just to imagine just 21 years ago I had another son added to the family.  What an amazing day and times we have shared over the years.  As he entered the world a smile came to me that I have to this day.

​My wonderful son Kevin is really a treat and is so wonderful.  Working hard in college these days and doing well.  For fun he coaches kid’s soccer and loves it.  He was kind of in the middle of playing soccer too old for youth soccer and not old enough for adult soccer, so he has put his energy into these little kids.  They really love Coach Kevin. 

Kevin will be a success in everything he puts his attention to and has shown this in the way he care and works.  He will give you a hand and share a kind word, what a great son.

To Give and Receive are the same.

​If you give to receive you are missing out.  If you only give and never receive you are missing the gift.  If you only receive and never give you are also missing the gift.

There is an amazing joy and love that comes to you as you truly give and receive.  The giving and receiving I am talking about are not presents, but it is joy and love.  Imagine all day you are giving out joy and love and how your world will change over time.  You give to help others feel the joy and love you feel.  You also feel joy and love coming to you in new ways.
Just try it you will be amazed.

Give everyone you meet love, not in words but from your heart.

Give everyone you meet peace, not in words but in spirit.

Give everyone you meet kindness, not in words but in action.

You add to your list and share the secret to amazing joy and love all day long.

I am sure your number one goal is to be happy.

​We all want to be happy, but there are those times you don’t seem to be able to find it.  It is really easy change your focus to happiness.  You will find happiness in everything you do and where you go. 

Work love it and give your best with happiness first.  You will be amazed with how your happiness spreads to everyone. 

Rainy day, sing in the rain and find a joy in watching the raindrops bring liquid sunshine to you and the plants outside.

I could go on all day, my key concept is to think are we having fun yet.  Its not just about playing I find it fun providing excellent services at home and work.  Dance a little just don’t let the boss see you, but you can dance in your mind. 

Go out there and focus on your joy and love and watch your happiness expand.

What if you understood your destiny is all up to you?

​All too often we get stuck with this concept that your life is your destiny.  We tie it to or gender, color of our skin, family, looks, size, and the list of limiting thoughts go on and on. 

Let’s pop that thought, look around the world at people who have made it big, none of them had those limiting thoughts.  They had dreams and believed they will get to where or what they desired.  They did not allow anyone to tell them different.  It is all in our minds which way we focus on life, be it poor me or excited joyful me.  You can’t blame anyone or anything, it’s all up to you to change your view of your world. 

Write down your dreams and take actions each day.  Most of all believe in your dreams and share your joy and love with all you see.  Remember dreams do come true, all they need is you.

Some have just a few milestones in life, while others have hundreds.

​In the past people just listed a few milestones, things like school, work, marriage, kids.  Today people list tons of things they plan on doing, they set goals and discuss those events in detail.  Oh you know they will tell you about all their kids’ events or the vacation plans and the list goes on.

The question is do you focus on those milestones or the journey? 

What about the depth of the journey, do you think about all the love and joy you are experiencing every step of the way.  When you focus on all the love and joy it becomes a miracle of time and so much better. 
You don’t have time to think about the bad, you deal with situations and move on to the love and joy of the journey.

Remember on the journey to milestones there are an infinite number of ways you can share your love and joy.  Give every moment your best, hug more, tell others good thoughts, and spread your love and joy to all you come into contact with.
