Totally shocked by the news of Wayne Dyer passing. 

I enjoyed all of Wayne Dyer books and programs they opened my eyes to truths beyond words.  He had so much wisdom and love, which he shared in multiple ways.

Of all the writers in the world he is the one I desired to meet the most.  I just wanted to spend an hour with him to share a few deeper stories and receive guidance on how I can share my joy and love with the world.  As he wrote or spoke I felt he knew parts of my life and was showing me a new way to think.  I truly enjoyed Wayne and will continue to enjoy his joy and love. 

I am almost speechless today.

As I was reviewing the internet today I came across this video of a baby laughing so hard it gave me a good joy too.  We all need a good deep belly laugh every so often, it will make you feel great and release stress you are holding onto.

Get yourself a funny movie or surf the internet for funny videos or stories.  Don’t judge yourself on what you find funny today, just get laughing and your will be amazed with how you will fee later. 

I remember one time when I was laughing so hard I was crying.  One son came to see what was so funny and I showed him the video.  He was laughing too and another son came up what is so funny and every time we tried to explain we just laughed harder.  He said come on let me in on the joke, I want to laugh too.  See everyone loves a good joke because it makes us feel so wonderful.

Now find something funny and enjoy the day.

The words you use is the life you live.

Years ago we went to Germany to visit my brother who was stationed there.  It was the first time I ever heard people talking in other languages.  There was this one guy yelling something and he was very passionate about his words.  I said to my father I don’t know what they guy just said, but I can tell those were not kind words.  He laughed and taught me a few bad words in German.

Years later I was sitting by the swimming pool and a lady spoke to her daughter in another language.  As she spook I could feel the love from those words.  I turn to that lady and said, I have no idea what you said, but it sounded wonderful.  She laughed and told me a few sweet French words about love.

It amazes me how you can pick up the love or fear just from the sound of the language.  You don’t always need to understand the language you can just feel the words of love or fear.  You know in life we only have two choices its love or fear.  The way we speak and react to that choice changes the way you live.  Just imagine the joy and love you desire and speak those words.  Feel the energy and say those words to yourself all day long.  Speak those loving words to those around you and watch your joy and love expand.

Allow the love within you to shine everywhere and feel massive joy and love.

One of my favorite times at the beach is the sunrise.  I am often asked why and why would you get up so early on vacation.  Here is why.

As I look over the ocean and see total darkness I can’t see anything.  As the sun starts it arrival you will see a few rays of light and I see the hope for another wonderful day.  Then you see just the top part of the sun dancing on the ocean and the sky lights up with amazing colors.  Soon enough there is the sun a ball sitting on the ocean, a huge orange ball.  It is bright but not too bright you can really see its beauty without hurting your eyes.  Then the sun continues its rise into the sky and everything that was hidden from me I can now see.  I can see the waves coming to me, the dolphins dancing in the water and the whole day is just bright.  That is why I love the sun rise.

We are all that sun rise when you focus on your love.  Without love life is total darkness you can’t see all the beauty of this world or the people around you.  However, as you allow your love within you to grow you will start to see those rays of hope and joy.  You will start to feel love and it will be easy for you to give love.  As you allow your love to grow you will start to really shine and create amazing visions and joy all around you.  Then you will stand there full of joy and love and everyone will wonder who this bright and loving person is.  You will smile and say I feel love and I share my joy and love with you.  Soon enough you will be a bright and shining star of pure love and your light will brighten everyone’s lives around you.

Open your heart to the love flowing within and around you, you are loved.

As I was putting out the thrash today, I turned back to come in the house when I noticed all the stars in the sky.  I quickly sang twinkle twinkle little star.  I remembered all the times I sang that song to my kids and felt wonderful.  As I thought about those stars the thought came to me they really are so far away.  In fact most of those stars are many light years away from us.  Even as far away are they I still enjoyed them and felt love.  Then I thought let’s bring that joy and love a little closer.  As I thought deeper about that love I thought of all the people I have known over the years and I felt all their love and sent them all love.

Then I thought about the people I know now and I sent them love too.  Now I am thinking about all my readers who come for a visit each day here.  I am dreaming of you and sending you massive joy and love.  Feel it and allow the love to flow in your heart.  You truly are amazing and I just wanted you to know you are loved.

Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth.

If you asked my family about some of our vacations in West Virginia you would get a picture of them stayed in a rundown place completely worst time ever. Then if you asked me, my father, or grandmother we would tell you about the wonderful times.

I am talking about wonderful walks in the mountains, fresh air, swimming in a clean river, swinging on a rope into the river, great meals, fires at night in an open pit, card playing with everyone playing, seeing cows up close, horses, visiting the candy maker and getting candy, fishing with a string and stick and getting a large catfish, my sisters honey moon next door, oh I could go on and on, even my grandmother reliving the early 1900’s cooking on a pot belly stove.  We had a blast.

Like I said yesterday I am one of those people that see the positive side of everything.  There is some kind of secret out there about what you think about expands.  If you only see problems they will expand, however, if you see the beauty it will expand.  For me I really prefer to see beauty in my world.

How to stay positive most of the time.

I am one of those people always smiling and staying positive. I am often told about all the problems and negative thoughts and I address them with positive energy.  Just a few years ago this lady told me I was such a Pollyanna, I just laughed.  I had heard that term many of times, but this time I looked it up, read the book and watched the movie.  You know what I find nothing wrong with being a Pollyanna. 

I deal with issues and risks all the time.  Yes, I label all negative thoughts in one of those buckets.  Either it’s a real issue I must think about or it’s possible and I need to understand there are risks.  I write them down think about ways to fix the issues and how to avoid the risks.  Then I place them aside and focus on the positive the rest of the day.

Staying positive does not mean you don’t have negative things in your life, it means you deal with them quickly or develop plans then focus on the good. 

My grandfather once told me negative thoughts are like manure.  If you pile it up in one place it will stink, however, if you spread it in your garden it will help grow beautiful plants.

Developing plans for dealing with issues and risk is the same as spreading it out in your garden. 

Stay positive and enjoy life, you are amazing and an amazing life is waiting for you.

Waiting for you to take the action to receive it.

A child was visiting his uncle’s farm one summer.  As the boy stood in the barn he asked his uncle for some milk.  His uncle said sure it’s over there.  The boy walked around the barn and said, I don’t see a glass of milk anywhere.  The uncle laughed and said all the milk you could ever drink is right over there just go get some.  Again the boy walked around the barn, ok I don’t get it where is they milk you are talking about.  The uncle got up and took the boy to the cow, and he said right here is the source for the milk you are seeking.  Get that bucket and get some milk. 

The boy put the bucket under the cow and said, nothing is happening.  The uncle said, listen to this lesson, what you desire is right in front of your eyes, now just take action and pump, then you get your milk.  The boy sat down and got a full bucket of milk.  Then said, I have too much what do I do with the rest of this milk.  The uncle said you take it in the house for everyone to have milk.

It’s so true the things we are seeking is right in front of us, all we need to do is take action with faith and you will see the joy and love.

It takes an attitude to win.  It takes an attitude to create the life of your desires.

It’s an amazing feeling of knowing you’re going to win and archive the success your seeking.

Regardless of the situation you see now you are going to be successful, because of all the hard work you are doing.  All the faith you have and all the support you have.

The fun part is it doesn’t even matter if you don’t get that one thing you wanted.  Your attitude will open doors to new opportunities for you to enjoy.

If you fall down just get up and smile.  You will find a way to achieve with a great attitude.

People often ask me why I smile so much, the truly is I smile because I know God has my back and I am giving my best in everything I do.  Feel the joy and love He gives you and Smile.

As you open your eyes to the beauty and your ears to the sounds of nature you heart will expand in joy and love.

Just a few years ago I took part of the family to Arizona for my nieces wedding.  Our first day we drove to the Grand Canyon, as we looked over the Canyon we all stood in awe.  It was the most amazing thing any of us ever saw.  I have seen pictures of it, but being there was beyond words.  The beauty was so amazing and so massive; it truly is an amazing experience.  Those few days were truly amazing with the sites we saw and experienced.

Then we came home and I knew nothing could compare, but it did my best and cleaned up the yard and used the beauty of our trees and land and enjoyed the home view.  Life went on and we enjoyed our home, but the other day as I was taking the trash out I got a special treat.  As I was walking back I heard the birds singing, then I looked around and the moon was shines on the beauty all around me.  It had nothing to do with what I did, there were trees swaying in the wind and blowing a song.  The birds were humming their songs and I saw the massive beauty everywhere I turned. 

As I continued my journey back into the house I was reminded of a wonderful song.  Oh what a beautiful morning.  As I sang that song to myself I had to stop when I got to the part where I have this feeling everything is going to be great for me.  Yes…it is a beautiful morning.  I could feel my joy and love expand and I had a wonderful day.

Great way to start out each day acknowledging the beauty around you and feeling the joy and love.
