I have to admit I have written most of my books from dreams or deep meditations.

​Dreams are like intentions set your mind on something wonderful before going to sleep and it will change your dreams.  One time I was watching a movie before I slept, I do fall asleep fast, but that night the movie continued in my dreams.  It was amazing I traveled to new places and did so much that night.  I awoke up very early that morning and wrote everything down I could remember.  The next night I read my dream notes before going to sleep, and sure enough the story continued.  I continued repeating the process for two weeks and I had a notebook full of notes.

I really love dreams because there is nothing to hold you back.  There are not rules you can fly if you want, you can sign, dance, or meet people from around the world.  In our dream world the limits of life does not exist.  Are you ready to really have a wonderful dream?  Like I said part of it is very simple.  You can watch something you desire, listen to music, or read a book.  Do the activity for 30 minutes, then relax and go to sleep.  It is really great to keep a pad of paper and pen near your bed, just to make notes if you wake up in the mid of the night. 

Give it a try and enjoy your dreams.

I want to salute every service Man and Woman who ever serviced in the armed forces.  It is your call to duty and honor that makes this country safe and great.  Thank you.

​You know growing up in a military family there are somethings you take as normal until you go out to the rest of the world.  For example when you go to the movies the very first film you watch is our national anthem, everyone stands and either placed on their hand on their chest or salute.  Another example is at 5PM. Every day at 5PM everything stopped, nobody entered the base, all cars stopped and people got out of their cars, this was done while they played retreat and took down the flag.

As you can see everyone had respect for the flag and our country.  To me this is all about joy and love of the United States and our Service Men and Women demonstrate their love everyday on the field to protect us.  Thank you

To honor them today, let’s all sing a song.

Oh, say, can you see, by the dawn's early light,
What so proudly we hail'd at the twilight's last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars, thro' the perilous fight,
O'er the ramparts we watch'd, were so gallantly streaming?

One of the greatest showing of United we Stand is Rolling Thunder, every year they come to town and show their devotion to Veterans. 

​The group came together to support each other and to show support for those unable to speak up.  As the group continued to grow and their efforts were listened to and new support was expanded.  I understand today there are over 100 chapters of the Rolling Thunder throughout the United States, Canada, Australia and Europe. These people work on supporting new legislation to increase veteran benefits. They are also providing financial support, food, clothing and other essentials to veterans, veterans' families, veterans groups, and women's' crisis centers.

Let’s give a huge high five to these men and women. 

Talking about sharing Joy and love, I believe when we all come together and focus on the only truth of share Joy and Love the world will be a wonderful place.

I am always grateful when I receive or see pleasant surprises.

​Just the other day I found a dollar outside.  I got excited and said wow this is wonderful money just flows to me in multiple ways. 

I also get excited about surprises at home, little thing excite me.  I smile when I come down in the morning to a clean kitchen, or see someone else took out the trash or when I came home to see the grass is already cut.  I get excited when one of my team leads reports they completed a release with no issues or when they tell me about an issue and their plan to resolve it.

So often we don’t notice that little things or demand things get done without any gratitude.  To me the pleasant surprises are more than someone doing something for me, it’s all about noticing it and giving thanks.

When you always give thanks you open up to even more joy and love in your life.

True love is real, but you need it to come from you first.

​There are times we all fall for the fake with words of love, it comes from somebody just seeking something from you. They want your body or your money and will lead you on.  At first it may seem wonderful, however, when they get what they want they are gone.  I don’t know how they enjoy that life, but let’s let that go.

To be honest we allow others to hurt us because we are seeking love.  Let me show you an ocean of love, and you are it.  Yes, that is where is all begins, you need to love yourself first, then your world will change.  Look into the mirror and fall in love with you.  Oh don’t stand there and say anything bad, only see the wonderful you that you are.  Tell yourself wonderful words all day, how wonderful you are and how you did great today.  Smile and let the world see your love.  Hum a song of love to you.  You can even dance around.  Allow your love to expand within you and as you allow those wonderful feelings of love to flow it will expand beyond you.

As your love flows beyond you, some people will get upset, just let them go.  Soon enough you will have more loving people around you.  Share your loving thoughts with only them and soon you will have love everywhere you go.  The trick is even in the darkest night you can still light up your love and watch it shine.  Remember above all words you are loved beyond measure.

Today is another special day for me as I celebrate another one of my son’s birthday. 

​For me I always think about all the times I have enjoyed being with my children.  On the birthday it brings up memories of all the amazing times of Joy and Love we have shared over the years.

With my son Shannon, some of our great times were with travel soccer.  Most of the time it was just the two of us going to different places to play soccer.  There were also times we went on weekend trips to places like Virginia Beach.  Hold on I got into the effect of his hard work.  The most amazing part was watching Shannon play soccer next to the house.  He would practice his kicks against the fence.  Yes, I had to replace the broads on the fence a few times as his shots were getting stronger and stronger.  There were also a few times he missed the fence and it crashed into a window.  Every time I said you just keep it up I will fix the window or fence.

It was his passion for the sport that gave him the drive to practice and the practice give him the skills to play at multiple levels of soccer. His driven passion for excellence did not end on the soccer field; he used his passion with education and jobs.  He never backed down on his desires; he just worked harder and made it happen.  Shannon is a man who uses his joy and love to create and live the life he wants.  He is also the silence person who jumps in to always assist.  Doesn’t matter if its making dinner, cutting grass, picking up someone, ect.  he is always there to help.

Think about the Pictures you share with family and friends.  They are full of joy and love, celebrating joyful events, places, and your love ones.

​Now think about the pictures you have in your mind?

Many years ago I was very down from a bad event in my life.  I was so upset and all I could think about and picture in my mind was the pain, lost, and fire.  Then I was told focus on what is bad and all you will get is more bad, you need to change the pictures in your mind to create joy and love.  It was hard at first, but every day I continued changing those pictures in my mind.  Over time I truly only saw wonderful pictures in my mind and my life completely changed. 

What the mind conceives is what you create in your life.  Change the focus to wonderful pictures of joy and love and watch your life change.

As a kid I loved getting gifts. We didn’t get many of them but I always got my top two and loved it.

​As I got older I also discovered the joy of giving gifts. I didn’t have much money, but I got everyone something.  Later as a parent I truly loved giving gifts to my children, the joy of watching them open the presents was just amazing for me and still is.

Then there was that day I discovered the greatest gift of all.  I was meditating; I completely cleared my mind and heard it, beat by beat.  My heart was telling me I was loved and the greatest gift was the love within me.  I rejoiced with my new discovery.  As I continued the meditation I felt my love grow and understood the more love I felt the greater amount of love I can give.  It’s not about the love I received from others, no it’s all about the love I feel within me and give away that expands my love beyond measure.

Feel the love within you and give it away, you too will see how it multiples.

The other day during my meditation time I opened a new door to love.  

​I have always been the type of person always willing to serve.  At times I would feel if I served more I would receive more love.  When I was young I would do things for girls to get noticed, and it always ended in them becoming a friend, but never a date.  My motive was good, but my core beliefs would let me down every time.  Even as an adult I serve and felt the more I did the more people would like me.

Then it hit me over the head with a mind opening thought, I was rejecting them before I ever met them.  I would reject as a way of protection.  I allowed one event in my life to change my beliefs about love forever.  I went deep into my meditation looked at that one event, and then I went to that little boy and said you are loved.  Yes, I hugged that little boy who was me at a young age.  I changed that event to love and skipped for joy that day.  No longer do I feel rejected, I feel love.

The trick here is to change your belief.  Most people will create new thoughts and say them over and over again trying to convince yourself you are that thought, but it does not work.  You need to change your belief to change your life.

The fact is love is always waiting for you to receive it.  The problem is most people push it away.

​Many years ago I met this lady who showed me love beyond anything I ever imagined it started with just a few emails, greeting each other, talking about our families and events of the day.  Then it changed to encouraging each other to grow and feel love again.  Both of us were hurting in ways from broken relationships, but together we were putting together a beautiful love story.  The letters were exchanged each day and we even exchanged songs of joy and love.  We would imagine being together and taking long walks on the beach, or eating at the finest restaurants. The journey was truly amazing and filled me with love, I will always remember my California girl. 

After a while she decided to end our love affair.  The issue was we never saw each other, we lived thousands of miles apart.  Our love was meant for just a short time to strengthen us to deeper love.  Yes, the love was only an exchange of emails and a few phone calls and letters, but the love we shared will live on forever.  I would often call her my angel, because I could not touch her, but felt her completely in my heart.  Anytime I feel I need some loving I just remember her and sing my song to her, Sugar, Sugar By The Archies.

One of the many things she taught me was love is always around you, you just need to open your heart to receive it.  It can be hugging your kids, smelling fresh air, exchanging a smile, just open your eyes and welcome the love that is seeking you.
