Before I get into the concept, let me tell you about some of the benefits. How would you like to completely enjoy every day of your life. You get more done at work, which gives you raises and you do it with ease. You have a wonderful time with your family, playing games at night and taking summer vacations. Your relationship is off the charts and your love is deeper than ever. You have great friends you enjoy talking with and sharing advice. Your health is better that it ever has been, your body is also looking great. You are so focused on loving life every day and you do everything with ease.
I bet you never thought balance living would give you all those benefits and more.
You can make this very simple or complicate the process, but most of the tricks to balance living are in your mind. I am sure you think about other things when you are doing something else. Here is one little exercise.
For just one day I want you to write down each hour what you were doing and what you were also thinking about. For example it could be
11am – Attended meeting on new HR rules and day dreamed about the weekend.
12pm- Ate lunch in office and worked on presentation for tomorrow. No other thoughts.
1pm – Worked on monthly report and wondered why I have to correct the same errors from inputs every month. Also thought about the kids and what we will do tonight.
Ect…
