When ever I feel stressed about life, I take a walk in the woods. It truly amazes me to see all the plant life and listening to the animals. I feel at peace and enjoy the wonderful things I see, hears, smell and touch. Soon all the worries are released and I am at peace to enjoy life.
Appreciate the world around you.
You will only realize what you miss when you are unable to experience it any more. We are so concerned about material things, which we tend to forget the natural beauty that is around us. Try to look at the world through a child’s eyes. The sense of wonder children have at the smallest things, even whilst only walking in a park, should be your guide.
