As I focused on joy yesterday I watched it expand and dreamed about amazing joy.
All day yesterday I was totally focused on Joy and really had a great day. Near the end of the day someone said you really seem happy today, what is up. I smiled and told them I was focused on my joy today. As I talked about my joy, I got this wild look. That was when I was reminded my joy maybe someone else’s fear. I told her you know everyone has their own definition of joy and nobody should change it. You may change your joy over time, but don’t let other people rob you of what you enjoy.
For example, I know the idea of hosting large family parties would drive some people crazy. I know sitting with you child or grandchild watching a Disney movie excites me and yet other would go crazy. The list of my joy goes on and on, I just want to remind you to focus on your joy and allow it to expand.
Than last night I really had an amazing dream. I was dreaming I was living a very joyful life. I could feel the spirit giving me wisdom to share joy and love with everyone. As I felt all the joy coming to me I was writing and speaking to large groups to share that joy. I also had an amazing healing center where people come to feel joy and love. That dream felt so real, when I woke up in the morning I wondered am I really waking up or am I going to sleep. The dream felt so real and something I truly desire. Then I thought to myself, oh that was a vision of my future.
Spend more time on your joy and allow it to expand. Enjoy each moment finding a joy in them all.
