You know it’s funny when we were young and stressed, we just cried and someone would hold us and tell us everything will go ok. However, as we grow up everyone tells you to suck it up and just deal with it, or don’t act like a baby. In truth I bet you want to be like a baby and get a hug and have someone to tell you everything will be ok and you are loved.
The stress and problems are not going to just go away, you need to change your perspective and relax. First you can send joy and love to the situation, yes even at work just don’t go around tell them you love them all. Act it respect others, listen and inside send them love. This will help, but then you have those people that are just impossible. Again listen they too have a view and in their own way are helping you. They point out the issues you don’t want to deal with.
Then at the end of the day you leave all those issues at work and go home. When you get home watch a funny movie or enjoy something you love to do. Don’t think about the stress, focus all your energy on your joy and love. Go for a walk with your loved one, listen to music, and relax. If you still feel stressed, meditate before going to bed. Meditate on joy and love and allow those feelings to relax you and allow you to sleep.
