The past is just the past. It doesn’t do anything for you today.
The good ole days can excite you or drive you crazy.
I once meet up with an old friend and all he wanted to talk about was the past. He even had a image of who I was back then, he had no idea of who I have become. When I tried to talk about today or our future he just wanted to continue talking about the old days. I thanked him for the great time and went on my way. As I walked away I laughed about those times, but opened my mind to my plans for the future.
It is true your past created your current image of life, but it doesn’t need to drive your future. Change your thoughts and create a new vision of the life you desire.
PS. Someday in your future you will be living your new vision and you can laugh how you dreamed and took action to a wonderful life.
